Mansik Shakti Foundation is registered as a Section 8 Company under the Indian Companies Act, 2013. This status is granted to organizations established with the objective of promoting charitable causes, including education, mental health, and public welfare. As a Section 8 Company, we are bound by strict regulatory guidelines and cannot distribute profits. All income is reinvested to further our mission, ensuring accountability and a strong focus on public good.
Darpan Registration - NITI Aayog
We are also registered with the Darpan portal of NITI Aayog, the Government of India’s policy think tank. This registration connects us with various ministries and government departments, allowing us to collaborate on public welfare initiatives. It also enables eligibility for grants, partnerships, and participation in national development programs, ensuring our work aligns with broader policy goals and reaches communities at scale.
