Pathways to Care

At Mansik Shakti Foundation, we understand that seeking mental health support is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Each student comes from a different background, with unique emotional needs, cultural contexts, and levels of comfort with professional care.

That’s why our Pathways to Care are designed to be multi-entry, student-led, and flexible—empowering users to choose how and when they access help.

We provide multiple access points into our ecosystem—whether a student starts with a curiosity about mental health, a moment of emotional distress, or a referral from a peer or institution.

The journey is not linear; instead, it is responsive to where the student is emotionally and what level of care they are ready to receive.

Our approach includes:

Entry via Awareness & Engagement Students are introduced to mental health through relatable content, events, or campaigns—encouraging them to reflect on their emotional well-being without pressure.
Voluntry Self-Screening Students can begin with a quick digital check-in or a full psychometric self-assessment. This stage builds awareness and provides instant feedback without requiring disclosure or commitment.
Navigation Support & Suggestion Based on responses, the platform suggests appropriate next steps—ranging from educational resources to professional consultation—while keeping the student in control.
Option to Pause, Repeat, or Re-enter Unlike formal clinical pathways, students can explore, pause, revisit, or re-engage with the process at their own pace—ensuring care feels like a choice, not a mandate.
No Wrong Door Whether a student begins with a crisis moment, peer conversation, workshop, or app interaction, they are guided into the ecosystem through a compassionate, non-judgmental lens.
